We run a credit and background check, in addition, we need proof of income for the household. An application is available in the find a home section of our website. You can fill this out before your visit to expedite the process.
Can we print the application and bring it filled out?
No, all applications are processed online.
Do you allow RV storage?
No, not at this time.

I don't have good credit. Can I finance a home?
Yes, We have banks that work with damaged credit. Many people with bankruptcies and foreclosures have been approved for financing. We recommend that you pre-qualify. That way, you can feel more confident knowing your budget and we can find out which home will be perfect for you and your family.
How do I get financing?

Yes. There are several companies that specialize in insuring manufactured homes. Check with your current insurance company, you might get a discount! Here are some other options to guide you along:

How long does the whole process take?
In most cases, you can be approved within 48 hours, once approved you can purchase any available home.
